Tyga Lamborghini Might be Repossessed; Rapper Owes Car Loan Company More than $400K

By

Tyga's Lamborghini may end up in the hands of a car loan company that wants to repossess the car. The Car loan company is seeking nearly $450,000 in back payments in the latest lawsuit filed against the rapper.

According to Gossip Cop, Choice Motor Credit wants the $357,250 that Tyga owes them for helping him purchase his Lamborghini Aventador. The Arizona-based car loan agency is also seeking additional $91, 150 for Tyga's Bentley Mulsanne that the "Stimulated" rapper first owned. The Bentley car was already recovered by the lender and was sold to another buyer. The suit was filed in Maricopa County Court in Phoenix.

"CMC sold the Bentley in order to mitigate its damages, but the sale resulted in a deficiency balance of $91,152.67," the lawsuit reads, Ace Showbiz reports.

The documents filed in Phoenix claimed that Choice Motor Credit wants a total of $357,350.77 as back payments for Tyga's Lamborghini that he bought in June 213. The suit alleges that Tyga agreed to pay $11,520.10 monthly for seven years. Although he paid some, Tyga missed the remaining payments and even ignored CMC's reminder. INQUISTR reported that Tyga's Bentley was earlier repossessed after he failed to pay CMC $5,966.95 for 73 months.

This isn't the first time that Tyga was entangled with financial difficulties. The "Hookah" rapper also faced trouble with the IRS over tax lien in the recent years. Tyga was also sued by his landlord in May 2015 over nonpayment of rent amounting to $124,000. Following the money woes, Tyga was also sued by his former managers, C & J Management for $4 million for nonpayment of their services.

Tyga or his lawyers haven't released any comment on the latest lawsuits he's facing regarding his Lamborghini. Just last month, Tyga was sued by a landlord in Los Angeles, who owns the space that the rapper rented for his Egypt Last Kings Clothing shop. Tyga allegedly owes the owner a five-month rent and $75,000 in damages.
