In-N-Out Burger chain threatened to sue the model who posted an overtly sexy video which features their burger restaurant's trademark. The burger chain also said it received multiple complaints from their customers, that they are requesting the model to take it down.

The Mirror reported, representing lawyers for the fast food burger chain, In-n-out Burger have asked American model, Abigail Ratchford to remove her sexy video, which shows her, wearing a cap with the burger chain's brand and a revealing bathing suit as she drizzles a vanilla milkshake onto her cleavage.

In-N-Out Burger explained, the said video was not their official advertisement for their fast food chain. The Irvine, California-based restaurant also wants Ratchford to remove the video online, which has since it was posted last month, the video became viral right away.

Ratchford uploaded more videos on her official website and all shows the same concept, such as another video shows her flirtatiously tossing fries towards the camera , according to Fortune. A letter of complaint has been also sent to the makers of the said videos.

It reads that the videos made by the LiveRich Media Company featuring Ratchford contains "various sexually suggestive acts with In-N-Out Burger food," the burger chain wrote. The Daily News also reported, In-n-out added on their complaint, they have been receiving a number of complaints over the video. They also stated that if Ratchford chooses to ignore their legal request, they threatened to a file a lawsuit against the model.

The said video is also similar on the burger chain's rival, fast food chain Carl's Jr., who had paid celebrities such as Kim Kardashian and Kate Upton to shoot seductive videos for more publicity. The chain was founded by a conservative Christian family, who insist that a video as sexually suggestive as the model is tarnishing their burger chain's trademark.
