Four men were arrested for allegedly raping a 9-year old girl during the Easter weekend in Utah. The mother of the girl left her in the house, and went in the garage to smoked methamphetamine with her friends.

According to AJC, the mother and her daughter went to visit friends for Easter weekend. Uintah County Sheriff's Office said they are investigating the alleged raped reported on the 29th of March. The girl, who was left by her mother sleeping on a couch, was taken by those four men in another room of the house and raped her.

The Uintah County Sheriff's Office issued a statement on Sunday. The other three men accused of rape were arrested March 31 and April 1. The men were identified as 36-year-old Larson RonDeau, 20-year-old Josiah RonDeau, 29-year-old Jerry Flatlip, and 26-year-old Randall Flatlip.

At that time of the incident, her mother was out on the garage smoking methamphetamine with her friends, deputies said. The mother reportedly returned to the house after half an hour of session and saw her daughter's clothes "pulled up past her waist," and seemed upset, Time reported.

The victim told her mother about the incident the next day and reported it to the authorities. According to the girl, the men take their turns of raping her and sodomizing her, Fox13 reported. She also said, one of the men, threatened to kill her if she reported the assault. Investigators presented a search warrant and found evidence of the sexual assault including bedding stained with blood, marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Larson RonDeau told the authorities that the girl confirms he saw the victim at the house during the crime, however, he insisted he was not involved. The four were all booked in Uintah County Jail and charged with first degree felony rape and first degree felony sodomy on a child.

Authorities did not say how the suspects were related or knew the victim's mother. The girl is in state custody and it is not yet clear whether her mother will face any charges, Uintah County Sheriff's Office said.
