‘Teen Mom’ Jenelle Evans seeks full custody of her son against ex fiancé; Griffith claims TV star as "unfit mother"

By

'Teen Mom' Jenelle Evans is not new with custody battle. She has been fighting legal battle to get custody of her first child Jace from her mother Barbara. Now, she is reported in an ongoing battle for her son Kaiser from her ex-fiance Nathan Griffith.

According to Radar Online, Janelle's custody battle against former fiancé has been exploded. The site reports that 'Teen Mom' star is in an ongoing custody battle of her son Kaiser. But March 15, Griffith filed a motion the court to get "permanent primary custody" and discloses reasons why Evans is an unfit mother for their son.

In the court papers gathered and uploaded by the site, Griffith claims that Evans prevents him to see and talk to his son Kaiser since they broke up in September, except in October 2015 and in January this year where he only spent half hour with his son and Evan's boyfriend David Eason supervised the visit. It is also mentioned that Evans changed her phone number so he can't reach them.

According to the Court paper as cited by Radar, Evans is upset when Griffith took his son out of town without her permission, which in fact he sometimes do.

Bit Griffith does not want his son to live with Evans and Eason because her boyfriend has dark background. Griffith claims that Eason has an existing "Domestic Violence Protection Order restraining him from contacting the mother of his own children" and that a judge found that him "had committed acts of domestic violence" against his ex while she was pregnant.

Griffith claims that that it is only one of the many violence cases that Eason has faced from the past. He also asserts that Evans and Eason are using Kai to make Griffith drop the charges pressed against them.

Perez Hilton mentions that Griffith and Evans called off their wedding in July 2015 due to violent and rocky relationship they had, as also seen in MTV's 'Teen Mom'.

Who will win the battle of full custody of Kaiser? Stay tuned for more updates.
