A new federal lawsuit was filed in Indianapolis against former Subway pitchman Jared Fogle for child pornography. The head of his anti-obesity charity, Russell Taylor, and his wife, Angela, were also included in the suit that aims to get $150,000 each from Fogle and Taylor.

Fogle was sentenced to more than 15 years in prison last November after he pleaded guilty to one count of distributing and also receiving child pornography and another count of having a sexual act with a child as per ABC News.

Fogle and Taylor were charged by prosecutors for using hidden cameras in Taylors Indianapolis area homes to secretly film 12 minors in which the images were shared by the two defendants. The material was produced over a four-year period.

According to People, Taylor was alleged of using cameras hidden in clock radios which were placed in the bathrooms and bedrooms to film several underage children while they undress.

M. Michael Stephenson, the Indiana girl's attorney, said that her client suffered from significant emotional trauma. He added that the incident inflicted emotional distress on the victim and made her undergo significant emotional trauma as reported by the Richmond Times.

The suit also accused Taylor's wife Angela of negligent supervision and all three defendants of negligence. The suit stated that the defendants have breached their duty of care and were considered negligent of the situation that minors were being filmed in their residence.

Ron Elberger, Fogle's attorney, said that his client has no idea of who the plaintiff is nor the parents' name as it was not disclosed in the suit. Despite of his appeal regarding his sentence which he thought was over the required maximum term, Fogle has already paid a total of $1.4 million dollars in restitution to 14 victims which received $100, 000 each. Taylor on the other hand was sentenced to 27 years in prison for 12 counts of child exploitation and one count of child pornography distribution.
