Before Michael Weatherly exits the show, it is speculated that Jeanne will be back as she still has something for him. But a storyline is still in the works. Aside from Jeanne, Tony's longtime partner Ziva David is also rumoured to appear.

As per recent spoiler, HNGN reports that Sottie Thompson's character Jeanne will still be seen in the future episode or before Tony exits 'NCIS' season 13. Thompson reprised her role in an episode last fall after she was last seen in season 5.
Tony had put their marriage in jeopardy by showing up again. But the NCIS agent has apologized for the incident. But the site believes that Jeanne has still something for him and may be seen before Weatherly exits the end of this season. But the storyline is still in the works. Details will probably come out in the coming days.
But aside from Jeanne, Tony's longtime partner Ziva David is also speculated to appear before he leaves. Although Cote de Pablo's return is yet to be known, her character will play an important part in Tony's departure.
Meanwhile, the episode 18 of 'NCIS' season 13 marks the 300th episode. In this instalment, Special Agent Leroy Jethro Gibbs will try to uncover 'The Scope' from an injured military veteran, the sole survivor of the Iraq ambush.
The said task will not probably be a piece of cake for Gibbs. Davis suffers from PTSS (Post-Traumatic Stress Syndrome) and uses music as a form of healing.
