Election officials from Florida has denied Donald John Trump's allegations that there were irregularities present during the early voting in the state of Florida, which started last February 29, 2016.
According to reports on The Hill, Trump had made public assertions on Twitter that the early voting in Florida was "very dishonest."
Aside from that, Trump also said on Twitter that there are some Republicans who were trying to illegally interfere with the election process in favor of his rival candidates for the Republican nomination, Sen. Marco Antonio Rubio.
Also, Kron 4 reported that Trump also tweeted about hearing the Republicans trying to "rig the vote" in some way for Rubio in the biggest presidential primaries. Moreover, The Hill posted Trump's tweet that said Marco's State Chairman and his other committees were working overtime for this electoral fraud to actualize.
However, Florida's officials held their positions strong, stating that there were no such problems found with the early voting. Florida's secretary of state, Meredith Beatrice, had spoken in behalf of all the officials, saying in Journal Star, that they did not receive any formal complaints in this matter. No evidence of dishonest votings were found.
Trump's Twitter statement had prompted other officials to speak up. In a related report, Wadi Gatan, a spokesman for the Florida Republican Party, had said that party did not know about any of these early voting problems. There was no clear cut definition which of Rubio's actions were violating the early voting campaign.
Trump is the GOP front runner for 2016 elections and he is currently asking his campaign management to look into the problems regarding the early votes. He is also seeking for the help of the law enforcement regarding his concerns.
The outcome of early voting in Florida, as stated in a report by Wesh, is very crucial for Trump and especially Rubio, as the primary voting's winner will take it all. It could make or break their stay in the 2016 race.
Florida is among the states that conducted the earliest of the early votes. Based on Journal Star, other counties opened their early voting sites last March 5; while another nine counties started theirs on Sunday, the same date as Miami-Dade - Sen. Rubio's home county.
Rubio and his party has been focused on encouraging voters from Miami to actively participate during the early-voting period.
