Resident Evil 4, 5 and 6 Re-release Versions Confirmed by Capcom; Launch Period Announced

By

Capcom has proudly announced Resident Evil 4, 5 and 6 for the consoles of today. The previous titles may be quite late in the sense of being released, but Capcom may have some ideas up their sleeves that may not necessarily be connected to the upcoming games of the saga.

As per The Verge, Capcom plans to re-release the past hit titles of the Resident Evil series to be made available for the new generation consoles, since no news of a seventh title has been given out by the developers. The first of the three games will come to the said hardware within the end of March, namely Resident Evil 6.

Metro delivered that the Resident Evil 6 re-release will come with all the past released add-on content, which is comprised of costumes and more. The other two games will not be left behind, as Resident Evil 5 is scheduled for its launch in summer 2016, whereas the relative title fourth installment will head to the consoles by fall of 2016. Each of the individual games cost at a handsome $20 each as officially rated.

Noted by Game Spot, Capcom did not stop there as physical disc versions will be available to the American territories, however, no exact details have been disclosed by Capcom themselves. It was also unclear for the time being if the said games will have better graphics made fit for the consoles or if it will stay with the standard ports thereof.

All of the Resident Evil 4, 5 and 6 re-releases are parts of the seemingly on-going approach of Capcom to their games, reviving them for the crowd that demands highly of the said games. Rumors have been circling the Resident Evil series that a seventh title will bring back the horrifying context that the entire saga once had but was somewhat replaced with the action-packed concept that still exists to this day.
