One Piece: Burning Blood Marineford Story Trailer Released by Bandai Namco; Release Date Stays Mid-Year

One Piece: Burning Blood, Bandai Namco's latest expansion derived from the Japanese pirate-themed manga and anime series, has a new trailer that highlights a new story that will get the followers' attention entirely. The said trailer was released not so long back, and with it, patrons can get a glimpse of another episode that is bound to enter the playing field.

According to PlayStation Lifestyle, One Piece: Burning Blood's latest trailer for the Marineford story displays footage with combat from the admirals, pirates and more importantly, the Seven Warlords of the Sea, otherwise known as Shichibukai. Gamers are also promise to feel the arc from the three different perspectives.

As per Gematsu, one of the more interesting bits to consider include the appearance of Blackbeard in the story, which Bandai Namco has confirmed of being a playable character. With so much attention being put on the title itself, gamers are considerably excited to get their hands on the game as it is slated for release in a few months.

Noted by Game Spot, One Piece: Burning Blood is to release itself by the second quarter of 2016 towards the middle of the year. For the North American territories, it will be launched on May 31st, whereas the European territories will have it on June 3. The game is ready to take on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PS Vita as its available platforms, and is rumored to launch worldwide for PC via Steam within June.

One Piece: Burning Blood is only one of Bandai Namco's prime works that will bring the company to its peak by the year's end. Other titles that are expected to pull the company to the top include the last chapter of the Dark Souls series, Dark Souls 3, the expansion of the fighting game marvel Tekken 7: Fated Retribution, Pokken Tournament and the highly-anticipated crossover, Tekken X Street Fighter.
