Giants Software and Focus Home Interactive's Farming Simulator 17 is now more than just an idea, as it has now been confirmed directly. As the recent expansion has proved itself to be successful, the one that the year presents may have a few feats to bring up their sleeves.
As per IGN, gamers are to expect the new Farming Simulator 17 within any of the year's awaited press events and launches, and fans are urged to keep an open eye for further updates. Giants Software further implied that new features will be publicized soon enough as well.
Noted by Shack News, the earliest that fans can await for the title's spawning is late 2016, and may even go until the early 2017 period. Given that Farming Simulator 17 is still most likely in the works, there could be differences with the various versions in which the game will appear in, namely the PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One and Giants Software may as well be working on them.
VG247 delivered statements of Giants Software Vice President Thomas Frey, and was quoted, "It's been a pleasure working with Focus throughout all these years. This partnership is the water on the seed that made Farming Simulator grow into the global phenomenon it is today. Each time we release a new version together we reach more people, and we look forward to expanding this reach even further in the coming years."
