Despite the news about breaking up, Fifth Harmony came out strong when the latest updates about their new music video had surfaced. The all-girl group is set to release their new song.
According to Music and Lyrics , L.A. Reid, the CEO of Epic Records, has finally confirmed that the new single is coming on February 26 under the sophomore album and officially titled as '5H2.'
Moreover, the girls of Fifth Harmony are set to guest in "LIVE with Kelly and Michael." Accordingly, said appearance might be the launching of their new single.
Ally Brooke, Dinah Jane, Normani Kordei, Camila Cabello and Lauren Jauregui were at the headlines for the music video of their rumored new song "She's My Girl." The location was shot in California desert which has rumored to be inspired by the movie "Mad Max."
The report was also an implied confirmation about the hearsay that group will part ways soon. Notably, "Reflection" was just released a year ago, but amidst that, the hearsays continued to invade the Internet.
The issue started when Camila Cabello and her collaborative work with Shawn Mendes for the song "I Know What You Did Last Summer" was released. Some Harmonizers had a theory that this is the beginning of Cabello journey as a solo artist.
But, Cabello quickly slammed the rumor, saying that the song was merely and accident that turned out to be good.
Another report stated that Norman Kordei was said to be getting tired of being outshined by the Latina. As a result, Kordei allegedly rumored to step out of the group as well. She did not confirm nor deny the news, but she said that they have plans of separation but not very soon.
"In the beginning, we all had intentions of pursuing solo careers. I'm still an individual, as well as the others, meaning we have slightly different visions and aspirations," Kordei told Cliche magazine.
Fifth Harmony is rumored to be working on a third video with Hannah Lux Davis, the director of two of their previous music videos. While there are no stories connecting Hannah to the "Worth It" singers, at least one Harmonizer has reported the popular 28-year-old director is in charge of the music video. Previously, Davis was linked the Fifth Harmony videos for "Miss Movin' On" and "Me & My Girls."
Meanwhile, Fifth Harmony also recently stopped by "Sesame Street" and performed a song-and-dance number with Elmo. They have helped Elmo sing a song about finding music all around. The song they performed with Elmo is titled "That's Music."
In his blog, Perez Hilton commented about the guest appearance of Fifth Harmony, "Though 'Sesame Street' has always been a great time filled with wonderful moments and celebs stopping by, we were not sure what changes would be coming since the show moved to HBO."
"Thankfully, the children's program has managed to hold on to the same charm and they keep getting AH-mazing celebrity guests!" the celebrity blogger added.
