"It strikes me that the police had presumably all the information available when they arrested Mr. McLean, and the only charge that they came up with was domestic violence assault," Mckeee said.

McLean will be sentenced 364 days imprisonment on each charges which an entirely Class D misdemeanors, according to BDN Maine. On Monday, a formal arraignment is scheduled at the Knox County Unified Court. However, the attorney says McLean won't appear because he has already entered a plea. His lawyer is also looking forward to the case as they were now able to look through police reports. They are also planning on moving forward with an aggressive defense.

The criminal complaint filed on Wednesday stated, "McLean injured the woman or committed offensive physical contact." While the terrorizing charge claims, the singer threatened murder to the victim.
