Far Cry Primal is scheduled to be released in a few days' time and as elevated as the hype may be, gamers are still learning more of the primitive survival title. The newest missions typically adhere to the theme that Ubisoft promises, and the development team themselves have revealed the animalistic background behind it.
According to N4BB, the upcoming fifth installment in the Far Cry series offers a new set of missions to give the gamers a different vantage point of the prehistoric survival game. In a nutshell, the missions are entitled the Legend of the Mammoth, which promises a whole new set of adventures in the first-person aspect.
Noted by PC Gamer, fans are to take the form of a mammoth in first person, to face adversities along the way with further missions. To enumerate, the missions are entitled Duel of Beasts in which the character must take on a fellow ancestral rhino, the second named Hunt the Hunters that looks to take vengeance on the humans and lastly, The Trapped Elder wherein the character must free the elder mammoth. All in all, the missions will enhance the player's abilities to control and bring to life the entirety of the prehistoric beast.
As per Game Spot, fans are treated to a whole new trailer that showcases the probable game play for Legend of the Mammoth. For those who are not fully aware of the entire plot given to Far Cry Primal, the story revolves around Takkar and his tribe, as they battle for utter survival against the treacherous forces of nature which is comprised of weather conditions, monstrous fauna and other humans.
The promise of Far Cry Primal is to test the skills of the gamers against non-firearm related threats that the previous expansions were known for. Far Cry Primal is scheduled to launch on February 23rd for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, whereas the PC will then follow on March 1st.
