Overwatch Character Balance Requested by Fans; Torbjorn and Bastion Bad for the Game?

By

Blizzard Entertainment's Overwatch recently resurrected their closed beta event and with it, fans have spoken out on the possible changes that should be applied to the shooter if to make it utterly balanced. Sadly, there are those that do the title more bad than good for the moment.

According to PC GamesN, Overwatch has a whole lot of ideas planned for the game before it officially launches. One of the recent promises would be the matchmaking in which the fans are looking forward to getting and with it, Blizzard knows where to focus their attention on. There are those, however, who wish to make balance within the game an utter priority.

As per Silicon Angle, some character have been noticed on having some attributes which may prove a little too inferior in the sense of versatility as well as being the opposite also makes a drastic difference. Such characters include the painful engineering of Bastion which some claim to be slightly overpowered. It has been questionable to the gamers that Bastion takes little damage and can induce so much on its own; sometimes even the need to take more than one character to take down.

Noted by Forbes, Bastion is not the only one that makes things difficult for players to deal with, as Torbjorn is also noted to have been quite too strong to deal with. Being too user-friendly as some may say, the gamers will only need to place a turret somewhere and leave it to do the work. What gamers find even more upsetting is the fact that a destroyed turret can be rebuilt in seconds.

On the other hand, Dva proves to be the exact opposite, as her skills are quite not up to par with the other characters, given that once she loses her suit, she will be rendered completely weak. Overwatch has a whole lot of work to do along the way, and Blizzard Entertainment may be closing in on improving the game before its awaited release.
