Given that The Elder Scrolls 6 is still not a confirmed title, gamers are still skeptical of whether the company will reveal something about the game soon enough, or if they will stick with the decision of simply staying mum. However, a new possible bit of news was disclosed by the Bethesda that will perhaps shed silver lining to the hope of many.
According to Neuro Gadget, it has been long talked about by many that a sequel may soon come for Bethesda's chart-topping The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, but the development company may not be eye-to-eye with the fans on the said possibility. After The Elder Scrolls Online was launched, there are those that look at Bethesda's time table as complete for now, but something may bring about hope to those that await a possible sixth title or a second Skyrim expansion.
As per Master Herald, fans of the The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim may want to mark their calendars for this years' E3 2016 event which will commence starting June 12th. It was reported that via social media, Bethesda claimed that fans are to get ready for something big. The tweet said "Are you game? #BE3", which many now believe as the announcement of the proposed The Elder Scrolls 6 or Skyrim 2.
Noted by Breathe Cast, The Elder Scrolls 6 or as others may want to call Skyrim 2 is something that gamers are truly expecting, but Bethesda has not been very vocal with their decision as to whether there will be an expansion after it. The time table of the company states that they plan on releasing a new game every four years at the least, but since Fallout 4 is still on the table, there is not telling yet as to when or if there even will be a continuity. Rumors also claim that the earliest in which fans can call the title would be around 2019.
News of a possible continuity in the form of The Elder Scrolls 6 or Skyrim 2 have circulated around the web for many months, but Bethesda urges gamers to take everything as a grain of salt until they themselves will deliver more news. Keep posted for further updates.
