While Morgan Freeman was interviewed on a Seatlle -based news telecast early Wednesday morning with his co-star Michael Caine, he struggled to keep his eyes open during the early morning telecast of the Fox Seattle-Tacoma morning segment. In fact, for a few seconds, he fell asleep asCaine answered the anchors' Kaci Atchison and Bill Wixey questions about the magic tricks in their upcoming film, "Now You See Me," a film about a team of illusionists who rob banks, sharing their earning with magic show audiences.
In addition to Freeman, "Now You See Me" also stars Isla Fisher, Mark Ruffalo, Dave Franco, Jesse Eisenberg and Woody Harrelson. It hits theatres on May 31.
Freeman is not first person entertainer to doze off during an on-air interview. Musician Harry Belafontete dozed off also on a live morning telecast as well.
Morgani Freeman, the Oscar Winning actor from Memphis Tennessee, is known for such roles in "The Shawshank Redemption," "Unforgiven," "Driving Miss Daisy" and "Million Dollar Baby."
He has been ranked #31 in Empire magazine's "Top 100 Movie Stars of All Time."
