Bow Wow is ordered by California District Court judge to pay Celine Tran an amount of $80,000 as court judgment after he allegedly used her pole dancing clip in his own music video.

E! News has confirmed that Shad Gregory Moss or better known as Bow Wow was ordered by a California District Court judge to pay an amount of almost $80,000 to a porn star whose video footage was allegedly put in his music video without her permission. Celine "Katsuni" Tran sued the rapper back in 2012.

As the rapper did not respond to the lawsuit he was ordered to give an amount of $51,900 in punitive damages, $26,790 in lawyer's fee plus other fees which would total to $79,346.07. He was also issued an injunction which barred him from using the alleged video footage of Tran. Bow Wow refused to pay the adult film star the said amount.

According to TMZ, adult film star Celine Tran or also known as "Katsuni" claimed that the video footage of her was from a music video of Electronic Conspiracy, a French band. She alleged that Bow Wow used her pole dancing video clip in his "Drink In My Cup" music video without her permission.

Bow Wow said that he and his family were being harassed by the adult film star, constantly. He was said to have gone to the court to have the decision thrown out because according to the rapper, Celine Tran's lawyers had never served him. However, there were no reports if the rapper was successful in his attempt to have the judgement thrown out.

The rapper said on Facebook back in March 2013 that Celine Tran would never have his money. He also said that the alleged video was a mashed up music video made by an unknown person on YouTube. He only reposted the music video because it was, according to him- dope.

Bow Wow also added that many people do a mashup of videos of artists online. In addition, he alleged that "Drink in My Cup" was not his song as other people were saying.
