ARK Survival Evolved Gallimimus Abilities Discussed; New Creatures, Features and Fixes Expected in Next Patch

Studio Wildcard's ARK Survival Evolved has been under the radar of many for quite a long time. Since it has shown itself in the PC version, fans have been rather excited on hearing news about updates; whether it be new creatures or patch notes. The developers have now been rigid about adding new creatures to the mix, as well as further in-game improvements to get the fans' attention even more.

According to Game Spot, ARK Survival Evolved has currently experienced some unbearably devastating issues in terms of system functionality, namely the recent frame rate drop during an Xbox One testing. While this was promised to be resolved by the team, a new ray of light was witnessed by the fans in the form of a newly released creature.

As per Christian Post, gamers recently saw the speedy addition to the creature lineup of ARK Survival Evolved. Gallimimus, a dinosaur that was seen on the classic Jurassic Park films, has become the talk of the town after it was introduced. The creature essentially looks a lot a like an featherless chicken, as the name implies, and fans have spoken about the animal's incredible speed with the ability to carry three people all at once.

Noted by Express, Gallimimus is perhaps the fastest animal in ARK Survival Evolved to date. In terms of updates, the future of the game expects new features such as the rumored multiplayer split screen, as well as more creatures to come for the next patch. The recent mishap which involved the Xbox One frame rate issue was addressed by Studio Wildcard's Co-founder and Creative Director Jesse Rapczak, and claims to be a minor setback that will most likely be fixed sooner or later on.

ARK Survival Evolved is expected to hit the Xbox One and the PlayStation 4 consoles. Keep posted for more updates on the prehistoric title that has put Studio Wildcard on the map.
