Ubisoft's Far Cry Primal is no longer as far from its anticipated release date for some gaming platforms. As many have already been oriented by Ubisoft on the game's background and plot, there are those that became doubtful of the game's well-being as it drifted far from its predecessors. Although, the plan is taken ever so seriously and only good can come out of it. Ubisoft also planned on how to market the game properly during the early going.
It was noted by Kotaku that Far Cry Primal has certainly taken the level of the series up one notch more as it gives the fifth title a whole new story line to look out for. Ubisoft believes that their dedication to the game's plot will be their bread and butter, as they depicted all the details as close to reality as possible.
PSU delivered that Far Cry Primal's choice of staying away from the dinosaur era was defined by Kevin Shortt, and was quoted, "Because we chose a period. Yes it's prehistoric but it's a period in the Stone Age we wanted to represent. And dinos, historically, are millions of years in the past, and humans and dinos never were together, so we just decided to be true to that. Would it be fun? Sure. But for us, no. We wanted to represent the Stone Age - we want to be as true to that period as we can while giving our colorful flair."
In other Far Cry Primal news, GameSpot reported that Far Cry Primal gamers who wish to pre-order the title are to be rewarded with even more treats. The digital copies of Far Cry Primal for the Xbox One enables gamers to get the Legend of the Mammoth pack, in which players will essentially become a mammoth as they use their strengths to battle for the herd's survival.
Ubisoft's Far Cry Primal is scheduled for release on February 23rd for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, whereas the PC version will be later on March 1. Stay posted for more Far Cry Primal news.
