While news on the release and spoilers on Attack on Titan Season 2 quickly stretch like a wildfire which fueled the excitement for the series, You Tube user Roy Reviews recently posted a trailer video for the Attack on Titan Season 2. However, some AOT followers claimed it was from the closing clip of the Season 1.

Earlier news surfaced on the premiere date of the Season 2 of the Attack on Titan will be on February. But Ecumenical News reported that the release will have to be push sometime in April to June. The delay is due to the fact that anime director Tetsuro Araki and manga creator Hajime Isayama had a deal that the anime version can push through only if the manga version is four arcs ahead of the storyline. At present, the manga is only at its third story arc with the title Return to Shinganshina.

The source also confirmed that Attack on Titan Season 2 will have a straight forward approach with its story plots and assured viewers that each episodes will not be a waste of fillers or flashbacks.

Another one to watch out for the upcoming season of Attack on Titan is the reign of Erwin Smith as a king. According to Crossmap, one of the things to expect from Season 2 is the dethroning of the current king, thanks to Erwin's rebellious movement. The identities of the Colossal Titan and Armored Titan will be exposed as Bertolt and Reiner Braun respectively. Eren Yaeger will fall victim to titan Kevin Ackerman who will attempt to eat him but will fail to the fact that Eren has the Coordinate.
