'Blue Bloods' Season 6 returns with 'The Road to Hell' episode on February 12

At this time, "Blue Bloods" Season 6 is on a 2-week hiatus and is set to return with it newest episode entitled, "The Road to Hell", next Friday February 12, 2016. CBS has also released the official plot description to tease fans on what to look forward to in the show.

"Blue Bloods" Season 6 is having another short break again and the new episode which was slated to air last Friday, January 29, 2016 has been postponed for next Friday instead. According to Carter Matt, the show decided to take a short hiatus because CBS Network wants to keep the 6th installment going until May 2016. As of now, the network has already aired 13 episodes with only 9 remaining episodes.

As for the official synopsis of the new episode 14, Hollywood Hills notes, "Detective Danny Reagan (Donnie Wahlberg) will have to determine who murdered a man when multiple women who worked for him all take credit for it. Also, Frank Reagan (Tom Selleck) will end up disagreeing with his priest about how to handle a local boy who has been stealing money from the church, and Nicky Reagan-Boyle (Sami Gayle) will get arrested with a group of friends when the police find drugs in her car."

For a recap on "Stomping Grounds" (episode 13), TV reported that potential robbers were shot dead by a newly retired lieutenant. The lieutenant then ran away and left Frank to deal with the consequences. Maria Baez (Marisa Ramirez) planned to arrest a drug dealer for a crime she witnessed him commit during her childhood.

In the meantime, the show will not air a new episode for 2 weeks as they're having another brief hiatus. "Blue Bloods" Season 6 Episode 14 is entitled as "The Road to Hell" and the series is scheduled to return with the said episode on Friday, February 12, 2016 at 9:00 p.m. exclusively on CBS.
