There's a new couple in the celebrity sphere, and it seems like these two are cooking up some major laughs. Bobby Flay and Chelsea Handler were seen dining in a 'flirty' manner, and reports suggest that the comedian and the chef are now officially together.
In the entertainment industry, private matters are as open as the next movie coming out. According to eyewitnesses and reports, comedian Chelsea Handler and celebrity chef, Bobby Flay could be the next big thing when it comes to celebrity couples.
According to an eyewitness who talked to Page Six, Handler and Flay were spotted dining at the swanky Blue Plate Oysterette in Santa Monica, California just last week. The source noticed the closeness between the comedian and the chef, and immediately assumed that it was more than just a friendly meal.
"It looked like a date," said the witness to the New York Post Page Six. Aside from being cozy towards each other, diners in the restaurant also said that the two came to the restaurant alighting the same car. In order to get as much privacy as needed, the pair chose a table that was far back.
Before the date that happened on Wednesday, Chandler had already hinted about an upcoming date with a famous person. When she appeared on the Ellen DeGeneres host, the comedian revealed that she is scheduled to have a first date with a celebrity that night.
"A friend set us up," said the comedian, adding that she had never met the guy before but "know of him."
Bobby Flay is not the first famous person that was involved with Handler. In the past, the comedian and talk show host was linked to rapper 50 cent and hotelier, Andre Balazs.
It seems like Flay has a type, as her ex-wife Stephanie March, also has blonde hair and blue eyes just like Handler. According to Radar Online, Flay finalized his divorce from March in July 2015.
