Court Judge Orders Conrad Hilton to Complete Rehab for Illegal Drugs and Probation Violation

The youngest heir of the Hilton Hotels and Resorts has been ordered by the court judge to complete rehab instead of spending time behind the bars. The hotel heir violated his probation after his meltdown on an international flight in British Airways.

According to Daily Mail, Conrad Hilton, the 21 year old younger brother of Paris and Nicky Hilton has given an order by a Los Angeles judge on Tuesday to comply with a 90-day substance abuse treatment or rehab for violating his probation, stemming from his meltdown on British Airways flight.

The authorities argued he violated his probation by trespassing, failing on drug test, not completing his treatment program and flied out of the state without permission from the probation officer, Lawest Media reported. Prosecutors request to put Hilton in jail for six months was rejected by the judge U.S.
Magistrate Judge Suzanne H. Segal, however, extended the probation with another three years. There were no dates revealed for his rehab treatment.

Hilton was under probation and community service last year after an outburst on a British Airways flight from London to LA, where he threatened to kill the flight crew. He was restrained and handcuffed by flight attendants after the outburst in which he called fellow passengers "peasants". He also accused the crew of "taking the peasants' side," according to an affidavit prepared by an FBI agent who investigated that disturbance.

He also admitted that he's using marijuana while in the plane's bathroom. In June, he was arrested for the second time in four months for reportedly violating a restraining order his ex-girlfriend Hunter Salomon filed against him.

In a separate case, Hilton pleaded not guilty last September to leading an officer on a high-speed pursuit in Cathedral City. He was also accused of crashing his BMW on Interstate 10 near Palm Springs in August 2014 after speeding away from a state Fish.
