Chris Brown was charged once again with alleged assault at a Las Vegas strip involving a Brazilian model but the case was dropped against the singer. Brown is now reportedly to file defamation lawsuit against Liziane Gutierrez.

Chris Brown, a 26 year old famous Hiphop and RnB singer allegedly punched the victim, Liziane Gutierrez, at a party in Palms Casino Resort last January 2. The assault incident happened just hours after Chris Brown's perfomance for his New Year's Eve concert in a club at the Las Vegas strip.

Allegedly, Liziane Gutierrez, a Brazilian model, attempted to take a photo of the famous hiphop and RnB singer without asking him for permission, thus, making the famous singer irate leading to a struggle between the two parties involved. Apparently, the singer does not want to have his photos taken at that time. The model has been escorted out of the club by Brown's security, however, she returned after and she reported the incident to the casino's security.

The said model has also been involved in an altercation with another famous singer, Jason Derulo. The incident arised when the model allegedly was abandoned by Derulo's group. Gutierrez claimed that she was supposed to be with the singer but for some unknown reason, she was left behind.

Battery charges against Chris Brown was dropped by Las Vegas police who investigated the incident due to the lack of evidences. As a result of the case being dropped, the singer is said to file a Defamation case against the model. The singer was said to be furious by the model's accusation that resulted another bad image for him.

Last year 2009, Chris Brown was sentenced to six years on probation for beating his then- girlfriend Rihanna. It was highly publicized back then as they are both famous all over the world. Then in 2013, Chris Brown was involved in an assault involving a man.
