The house is located at 9046 Riverbend Mnr, Alpharetta in Georgia. It boasts of three-bedroom and four-baths that spans on a 2,600 square foot property. The townhome also has an open floor plan with a great room, built-ins and a chef's kitchen with eat-in counter. Reportedly, buyers will actually save money on this house as its estimated value is at $508,097.

The description of the listed house states, "Exclusive gated community situated on the Chattahoochee River with top amenities, including clubhouse, swim/tennis, park, pet walk & private walking trails. Luxury Craftsman-European style townhome w/open floor plan, great room, gourmet kitchen, coffered ceilings & built-ins w/attention to detail. Spacious master suite features fireplace & built-ins w/spa bath. Two additional guest suites w/private baths. Professionally finished terrace level, including elevator. Excellent schools."

To date, an interested buyer has shown up for the discounted house, as per Zillow reveals. After having been part of Bobbi Kristina Brown's life, there is now a pending offer from someone who can't say no to a good investment.

Bobbi Kristina died on July 26, six months after lapsing into medically-induced coma before being transferred to hospice care where she took her last breath. The 22-year old was buried in New Jersey next to her mother Whitney Houston, who also had a controversial death which happened in eerily similar circumstances as her daughter.

Reportedly, the cause of Bobbi Kristina's death has been determined but the authorities have denied making the information public, as the criminal investigation into her death is ongoing. According to TMZ, a judge has ordered that the Fulton County Medical Examiner's conclusion about how the 22-year-old died must remain sealed.

As it is, while Bobbi Kristina's case continues, her fine house in Georgia is now on sale.
