Daniel Marchesano and Ben Mansfield have both been handed life sentences after being found guilty for the murder of Michael Pruiti back in 2013. The two men lured the victim into an isolated location before brutally killing him and then burying his body.

According to a report from ABC Australia, two Perth men, Daniel Marchesano, 36-years-old and Ben Mansfield, 21-years-old were found guilty of murdering 31-year-old Michael Pruiti back in October 2013. Mr Pruiti was said to have been lured into an isolated area by the then 18-year-old before being shot to the head by Daniel. Apparently Daniel was already waiting with a riffle when Michael and Ben arrived.

Another report from WA Today added how after being shot, the two male killers dismembered Michael's body by chopping of his legs before burning his body parts and wrapping them in plastic before burring him. It wasn't until 2 months later that the victim's body was found.

Mr Pruiti's mother, Debbie, was present at the sentencing and was overwhelmed with joy after hearing the verdict. She added how her son was a beautiful boy with a golden heart before saying, "Nobody deserves to die like that and what they did to him afterwards, I mean really, that's evil,"

In another report by Perth Now, a certain Christian Luke Gilmore pleaded guilty to helping dispose of the body and the gun used. Gilmore was sentenced to two and a half years in jail which he now has already served.

Both Ben and Daniel where known for having a drug history and had reportedly been on drugs such as meth during the time of the murder. Debbie Pruiti even spoke out to reporter saying how badly drugs can ruin one's life and how she hopes the two men will find God while they are behind bars.

After being sentenced to the various life sentences, both Daniel Marchesano and Ben Mansfield will spend the remaining of their years behind bars, however Ben may seek parole after 23 years. The Pruiti family gave various statements on how thankful they are will the court and juries decision.
