Fifth person involve in allege gang rape, in custody. New York Police caught first the four male suspects engage in the rape case in a Brooklyn playground.

CNN reported that Travis Beckford, 17, was the fifth man arrested, Tuesday morning. New York Police Department, chief of detectives, Robert Boyce, told reporters that Beckford is the final suspect in the case. The 17-year-old teen male will be tried as an adult in the court. The first four were Denzel Murray, 14; Shaquell Cooper, 15; Ethan Phillip, 15; and Onandi Brown, 17. Police said they five were charged with rape, committing a criminal sex act and sex abuse.

The police said the rape victim was with her father at the Osborne playground when the five teenagers approached them. One of the suspects told the father to leave the area while pointing a gun to his head, said The Guardian. The father then called 911 but when he returned, the teenagers were gone already. Police said the victim was drinking with her father in the playground when the incident happened.

According to New York Times, a video before the incident happened was found on Tuesday. A 30 second smartphone video contained dialogue by the victim and suspects. Billy Sullivan, 24, said the video proved that the sex was consensual. In the video there is an unknown male voice saying, "She said yeah," then another male voice said "If you said yeah, it's lit, like, you know what I mean. I could tell you a freak."

The police added that a woman told them that at least one of the suspects raped the victim, while she was forced to perform oral sex on two others. The 18-year-old victim also allegedly had sexual contact with her father in the playground. NYPD chief of detectives Robert Boyce said on Tuesday at a news conference that allegations came from two individuals who were arrested.

They also got nothing after those. They are puzzled as to what really happened in the case. The five teenagers are currently on bail as they are gathering more evidence.
