The Real ‘Trolls’ are Back! Justin Timberlake, Anna Kendrick Join Voice Cast

Dreamworks and 20th Century Fox released trailers and photos for their newest animated movie "Trolls". It was reported that Anna Kendrick and Justin Timberlake will voice the main characters.

Justin Timberlake will not only voice a character but will also write the songs for the movie. According to The Rolling Stones, Timberlake will also be the executive music producer for the DreamWorks Animation movie. Though Justin is in a half hiatus mode for his music career, he decided to do this one. Timberlake said in a statement, "I have always envisioned bringing the two worlds of film and music together for one epic event."

Coming Soon reported that not only has the nine-time Grammy and four-time Emmy Award winner Justin Timberlake but also the Academy and Tony Award nominee Anna Kendrick. The two will give life to the characters of Branch and Princess Poppy. The cast also includes comedian Russell Brand as Creek, host James Corden as Biggie, singer Gwen Stefani as DJ Suki, YouTube personality GloZell Green as Grandma Rosiepuff, Kunal Nayyar as Guy Diamond, comedian Ron Funches as Cooper, YouTube personality Meg DeAngelis as Moxie and Swedish electropop duo Icona Pop (Caroline Hjelt and Aino Jawo) as the Fashionistas.

Wired stated that the stars and Dreamworks took the promotions into twitter. The stars tweeted their pictures together with the character their voicing. The photos captioned "hair we go". Many of the voice actors are singers too so the fans' ears will definitely enjoy this movie. The movie is obviously filled with A-listers and will definitely get many audiences' attention.

Directed by Mike Mitchell and co-directed by Walt Dohrn, the movie will be released on November 4 this year. The movie is produced by Gina Shay. The film will finally reveal the story behind the adored Trolls and their gravity defying and colorful manes. Poppy and Branch will go to an adventure that they never imagined and will reveal their true colors.
