As the first season of 'One Punch Man' ended, an upcoming Season 2 has just been confirmed. However, despite the confirmed renewal, the launch date remains unclear.
As noted in the Christian Post, the anime has garnered a huge number of fans because of its overall impact. Meanwhile, 'One Punch Man' season 1 has been so successful. It was one of the brightest spots in Animeland during 2015. Due to its astounding design, fight scenes, witty humor, and its remarkable characters, it was able to catch everybody's attention, especially the anime fans.
The Bit Bag mentioned that 'One Punch Man' season 2 is probably coming soon based on a tweet that anime creator Yusuke Murata posted on his Twitter account on Dec. 14, 2015. He also added on his tweet that he is currently working hard to be able to make a continuation of the season 1.
However, according to the same post, it is officialy said that it may also take six to nine months, or one to two years to produce a whole new season. It also points out that the creator can alter or modify the storylines in order to satisfy the viewers and fanatics of the series.
However, Youth Health Mag stated that 'One Punch Man' season 2 may not be released unless the manga is already done. Yet it denotes that the expected next season is still not confirmed. In addition, there is insufficient content to be adapted as of now because the manga is currently at chapter 86 entitled "Garou Arc."
On a different news, in spite of the long wait, there are still certain good news that may catch their attention about the teasers for the two new OVA (original video anime) episodes. These are titled as "A Shadow That Snuck Up Too Close" and "The Pupil Who is an Extremely Poor Talker".
These two episodes will be included in the 'One Punch Man' anime's second Blu-ray Disc/DVD which will be released on Jan. 29, 2016.
