Halle Berry and her ex-boyfriend, Calvin Klein model Gabriel Aubry, reached a settlement Thursday evening over the Thanksgiving fight between Aubry and Berry's fiancé Oliver Martinez.
The fight occurred the night of Thanksgiving, when Aubry arrived at Berry's Beverly Hills home to drop off their daughter Nahla. Although, the details of the fight remain unrevealed. However, the LAPD say that Nahla and the babysitter witnessed Aubry starting the fight, thus resulting in his arrest. He was charged with misdemeanor battery
The 36-French-Canadian, Aubry, denied allegations and said it was Martinez who initiated the fight. Aubry suffered a few punches to face, which left his face bruised, in addition to fractured bones. His reps stated that the model would miss weeks of work due to the injuries.
The 46-year-old actress told the L.A. Times, her ex made "verbal threats, caused physical harm to the child's mother and Martinez."
The lawyers of Berry and Aubry, Blair Berk and Shawn Holley respectively, released a statement indicating, "The parties have reached an amicable agreement. There will be no further statements regarding this matter," as reported by The New York Post.
According to reports, the two parties also reached an "amicable agreement" in respect to the custody of their daughter.
The Academy Award winner Berry, started dating the French actor, Martinez in 2010, after ending it with Aubry in 2010. Aubry and Berry started dating in 2005.

Both Berry and Aubry declined to comment on the matter. Aubry is due in court on Dec. 13 for misdemeanor charges.
