Microsoft has officially unveiled the complete lineup of free titles that will be given in January next for its Xbox Live Games with Gold program. Like its previous programs, only members of Xbox Live will be able to get the free games for the Xbox One and Xbox 360 systems.

As announced in the company's Major Nelson website, two pairs of games will be given away for free next month for Microsoft's consoles. These are "Killer Instinct: Season 1 Ultra Edition" and "Zheros" for the Xbox One, and "DiRT Showdown" and "Deus Ex: Human Revolution" for the Xbox 360. Since the Xbox 360 titles are backwards compatible with the Xbox One, this means owners of Microsoft's next-gen gaming system will be able to enjoy a total of four games in January.

According to Vine Report, "Killer Instinct: Season 1 Ultra Edition" will be available through the Games with Gold program for the entire month of January. Xbox Live members will then be able to download "Zheros" when it comes out from January 16 to February 15.

As for the Xbox 360 games, these will be released during the first and second half of the month. "DiRT Showdown," which heavily focuses on rally racing, will be available from January 1 to 15 while "Human Revolution," which is actually a prequel to the entire "Deus Ex" series, can be downloaded during the last two weeks of January.

Earlier this month, Gamespot reported that Microsoft will host a big sale through the Xbox Store. The event has actually already started on December 22 but it will continue until January 7.

Over the course of 17 days, gamers can enjoy huge discounts, with some ranging between 40 and 60 percent off, on various titles for the PC, Xbox 360 and Xbox One platforms. The deals are available to everyone but Xbox Live members are entitled to an additional 10 percent discount on the listed games.
