Persona 5 Up Against Competition with Other RPGs; Director Teases Fans to Expect Something Different

By

As Atlus' Persona 5 is still behind the curtains for the time being, many fans are getting restless of the upcoming title's condition as of the moment. The release date is indeed a question, as much as how the fans wonder if the upcoming fifth installment will be any good.

According to N4BB, the fifth installment of Persona is all but ready to hit the stores soon, and as much as the fans would want to get the title as soon as possible, Atlus recommends that fans stay patient as the chances of the game coming sooner than expected are still slim. More than that, Atlus states that the release date window they offered will stay as it is, and if it will in any way be later, it will be for the good of the fifth expansion.

Delivered by Twinfinite, the way that things are looking and are promising so far, Persona 5 has seemingly become a strong contender for the generation even being compared to the ever popular Final Fantasy XV title. From the graphics to the promise of a compelling storyline, some followers of the series firmly believe that their money will go to a much appreciated worth if they were to purchase Persona 5 instead of Final Fantasy XV, though since both games are yet to appear, it stays as an opinion.

Game Director Katsura Hashino, as per Christian Post, gave his word to the fans that the upcoming title will offer something completely different, and was quoted, "It's quite different from the previous games' protagonists who had no choice but to solve the mysteries they were confronted with. We think that sense of agency is one of the charms of this title, and as developers, it's one of the aspects we're most excited to bring to you."

Persona 5 is aimed for release sometime summer within 2016 and as Atlus does not alter any news about the game's official launch, fans can stay firm with this particular announcement. Keep posted for more updates on Atlus' up and coming expansion.
