Katherine Waterston gets casted in "Prometheus 2" also known as "Aliens: Covenant". The movie will be about the story of Xenomorphs and where it came to be.

Waterston who also stars in the upcoming Harry Potter spin-off "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them", is set to play the female lead in the said film. Since Noomi Rapace's Elizabeth Shaw and Michael Fassbender's android David were the only characters who survived the last movie, fans are expecting to see the story revolve around them. However, according to Movie News Guide, Waterston's casting might signal that "Alien: Covenant" will not revolve around Shaw's story.

MNR Daily stated that the movie will focus on Xenomorphs and how they came to interact with the human beings. The upcoming film will follow the story of the colony ship Covenant, which is headed for the distant side of the galaxy and instead discovers a new planet, a seemingly unoccupied paradise. Ridley Scott will also show the viewers the existence of the Engineers-a highly evolved and technologically superior beings who were involved in the creation of the Xenomorphs and possibly of humans. In an earlier statement, it was revealed that Conan Stevens, who played "The Mountain" on HBO's "Game of Thrones," had been tapped to play the Engineer.

Additionally, more important news came out, according to Crossmap, Ridley Scott changed the titled of the upcoming 'Prometheus 2' again-to "Alien: Paradise Lost" from the more known "Alien: Covenant". The filming will begin February next year in Australia. Since the filming was moved again, it will ultimately affect the release of Neill Blomkamp's "Aliens 5".

Fans are being skeptical now and are asking if "Aliens" will ever begin its filming. Give that it will also Ridley Scott who will produce "Aliens 5", it is likely to push through. Fans will have to be patient and wait.
