Now that Apple finally launched the iPad Mini this week, the next inevitable question is when will the mini-tablets be available to customers. According to Slash Gear, the mini-tablets can be on shelves as soon as November 21. The website says that the pre-ordered iPad Mini with Wii-Fi only might be shipped around November 2.
The Apple website says of the new device, "The whole package in a smaller package," thus implying that the iPad Mini will service identical features as its bigger predecessor.
"Everything you love about iPad - the beautiful screen, fast and fluid performance, FaceTime and iSight cameras, thousands of amazing apps, 10-hour battery life* - is everything you'll love about iPad mini, too. And you can hold it in one hand," according to the website.

The iPad Mini sells for a starting price of $329 for the 16GB model and $529 for the 64GB model.
The more important question now is with all these tablets out in the market (Amazon's Kindle Fire2, Google's Nexus 7, Windows Surface RT and Samsung's Galaxy Note), will customers have a tough time deciding which is the right fit for them?
The greatest point of consideration is likely to be price. Donald Bell of CNET says that the major difference between a tablet and an e-reader is price, and this might be a reason for its growing popularity.
Never the less, according to Bell the iPad/iPad Mini might be the best option out there. He says, "In the world of tablets, the iPad reigns as king. The product has its detractors, sure, but you can't dispute the millions of iPads consumers have purchased and the startling rate of adoption -- selling more than a million within the first month of release."
