Cast member Brett Dalton (as Grant Ward) teased some details to IGN what fans should expect as Marvel's 'Agents of Shield' Season 3 returns for episode 11. Dalton stated, "I think 1 of the fun things that the audience gets to see is nobody knows exactly who Grant Ward is now that he has come back from Maveth.

Malick really wanted to bring this guy back. So much of Hydra has been about bringing the original inhuman or whatever, Hydra has an idea of the power of this particular person and has been devoted for generations to bringing it back."

With that being said, Comic Book has mentioned that Coulson (Clark Gregg) is the one who will be held responsible for Grant's death with the use of his robotic arm. Fitz (Iain De Caestecker) will serve as the witness as the killing happen on Maveth, the blue planet.

Moreover, series creator Jed Whedon revealed to Entertainment Weekly that eventhough Fitz and Coulson returned to Earth fully alive and successful, they felt empty despite of their victory. Whedon further stated that Fitz won't be happy about it.

Witness the Hydra connections to Maveth and Ward 2.0's new villains when Marvel's 'Agents of Shield' Season 3 returns with its 11th episode on March 8, 2016 at 9:00 p.m. exclusively on ABC.
