Carly Rae Jepsen, the singer of the super hit song "call me, maybe" in an interview with Peerez Hilton on Monday revealed that she simply adored her boyfriend Mathew Koma, who is also a musician.
She told Perez Hilton: "He's a really great guy and really talented. I really like guys who have confidence, but not the cocky over-the-top confidence. Guys with the right type of confidence are really sexy. I love to go on spontaneous dates and do things that we've never tried before or stay at home and make a homemade dinner. I really like to cook. One of my favorite things to make is homemade sushi. I know how to make the rolls and it's really fun to do."
According to Webpronews, the couple was seen together on Saturday at US Open's annual Arthur Ashe Kids Day on Saturday in Queens in New York, where Koma introduced Jepsen as his girlfriend.
Jepsen, said of Koma, "He makes me laugh every day and not always on purpose...He's my guy," as reported by the website.
Koma is a musician of alternative rock. He is set to tour with the music band "Owl City" in September.
A friend of the 26-year-old told reporters, "He (Koma) seemed really excited about it, and she was smiling from ear to ear by his side during the introduction. He seems like a really nice and personable guy," as reported by the Huffington Post.
