Sandusky Threatened Victims?

By

BELLEFONTE, Pa. - On the third day of trial in the Jerry Sandusky sex-abuse case, victim No. 10 testified that the ex-Penn State football coach threatened him and then apologized.

The victim now 25 years old testified, "He told me that I told anybody, that I would never see my family again," afterwards Sandusky reverted back, according to the victim saying " he didn't mean it and that he loved me," as reported by CNN News.

Victim No. 7 also testified today, saying that Sandusky touched him inappropriately and hugged him in the shower.

Yesterday, the prosecutors' star witness, PSU assistant football coach, Mike McQueary, took to stand telling the court that he had seen Sandusky having sex with a boy in the shower. He claimed to have reported it to officials. Today, McQueary's father testified saying that he met with the University's vice president, Gary Schultz, regarding the matter.

"I made Mr. Schultz aware that I knew of this incident, and understood that Mike had met with him, and he had told Coach (Joe) Paterno... Mr. Schultz said that he had heard noise about this before, earlier than Mike's report," according to CNN reports.

Yesterday in an emotional testimony, victim no. 1, now 18, but then was 11, said that he had met the former coach while participating in his Second Mile charity. The accuser, known as victim 1, claimed that he would sleep over at Sandusky's house, where he would perform oral sex on the 11-year-old and then would ask him to do the same. The accuser stated that even the school counselor did not believe him, according to the Washington Post.

Upon distancing himself from the coach, the accuser said that Sandusky would constantly attempt to pursue him, until, his (the accuser's) mother called a state youth service agency to investigate into the matter.

The ex-Penn State football coach, Jerry Sandusky has been charged with 52 counts of sexual abuse and molestation of young boys during his reign as associate football coach at the University. Prosecutors say that Sandusky had molested over 10 young boys over the span of 15 years. Sandusky has repeatedly denied all charges and claims not-guilty.
