Zimmerman reports back to jail

By

Miami, FL.- After having bond revoked by Judge, Zimmerman, charged with second degree murder in the Trayvon case, reports back to jail Monday afternoon.

Zimmerman's bond had been set to $ 150,000 after him and his wife, shelly, testified to having limited financial capabilities. Last week, prosecutors discovered that Zimmerman had possession of over $130, 000, which he had accommodated from his website, therealgeorgezimmerman.com, set up to help him with his legal expenses.

Zimmerman attorney, O'Mara said that this was a misunderstanding and told CBS News, "I truly believe, an oversight, or at least a mistake that they made, has now truly come to bear on Mr. Zimmerman directly with his incarceration."

Circuit court judge Kenneth Lester revoked Zimmerman bond and ordered him to return back to prison within 48 hours. Zimmerman had been out of jail for six weeks.

Zimmerman was charged for shooting Travyon Martin, while Zimmerman was on duty as watchman to a community gate in February of this year. He is being charged with second-degree murder. Zimmerman claims that he shot Martin in an act of self-defense.
