By

Following last week’s global partners meeting, Linklaters announces the appointment of Dennis Hansson as counsel in the Banking practice of the Stockholm office.

Dennis has been with the firm since 2004 and has developed an extensive experience in debt finance, with a particular focus on acquisition finance and restructuring and insolvency. Having previously worked at the banking practice of the London office, Dennis has developed a broad international network and regularly acts on large international transactions.

His promotion is testimony of the successful practice he has built up over these years and the important roles he has had on some of the most complex and challenging financial transactions in the Nordic market.

Per Nyberg, Managing Partner of Linklaters Stockholm office and head of the banking practice:

“I am extremely pleased with Dennis’ promotion to counsel. Dennis is recognised by both peers and clients as a very talented, hard-working and knowledgeable banking lawyer. It’s a clear testament of the strength of the banking practice and the importance of the Nordic market to the firm. I look forward to continuing to work with Dennis and congratulate him wholeheartedly on this promotion.”
