Juan A. Arteaga and Lindsay N. Thomas Speak at Cornell Law School LALSA and BLSA Professional Development Conference

On April 7, 2012, Litigation associate Juan A. Arteaga and Corporate associate Lindsay N. Thomas spoke at Cornell Law School’s first annual professional development conference co-sponsored by Cornell’s Latino American Law Students’ Association and Black Law Students’ Association. The conference was entitled “Taking Ownership of Your Legal Career” and took place in Ithaca from April 5 - 7, 2012. Mr. Arteaga spoke on two panels entitled “What Firms Look for in Potential Summers: Acing Your Biglaw Interviews” and “Legal Career Panel.” Ms. Thomas spoke on a panel entitled “Succeeding as a 2L Summer Associate.” Mr. Arteaga and Ms. Thomas also conducted mock interviews with the law students attending the conference.
