KGaA, the world’s largest provider of dialysis products and services, and its subsidiary, Fresenius Medical Care North America, in the divestiture of 54 dialysis clinics to DSI Renal. The clinics were divested following Fresenius Medical Care’s acquisition of Liberty Dialysis Holdings, Inc., pursuant to a consent decree by the United States Federal Trade Commission.
