Narciso Campos is based in our Mexico City office and has been named local partner in our Global Capital Markets Practice. Qualified in Mexico, he specializes in corporate finance and mergers & acquisitions (M&A) and has also participated in banking and securities transactions, debt restructurings, project financing, as well as advising on regulatory matters.
Lisa Feld is based in our New York office and has been named counsel in our Global Financial Restructuring and Insolvency Practice. Qualified in New York, she represents debtors, secured and unsecured creditors and committees in US Chapter 11 reorganization cases and cross-border insolvency proceedings.
Raúl Fernández-Briseño is based in our Mexico City office and has been named local partner in our Global Mergers & Acquisition Practice. Qualified in Mexico, he has broad experience in M&A, corporate law, telecommunications and disputes.
